We want to ensure that your order reaches you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read the following information regarding our delivery services to understand how your order will be shipped.

Standard Boxed Delivery (DPD Local)

• We package our ground reinforcement grids in boxes, with up to 20 grids per box (5sqm).
• We can ship a maximum of 6 boxes (120 grids / 30sqm) per order via DPD Local.
• All DPD Local orders are shipped on a next-day delivery service for most locations.
• For the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, and the Scottish Highlands, delivery extends to 2 working days.
• DPD Local will provide a one-hour time slot on the day of delivery.

Pallet Delivery (UPN System)

• If your order is on a pallet, we will always contact you to book in delivery. Please respond as soon as you can to avoid any delays.
• Orders over 120 grids (30sqm) will be shipped on a pallet via the UPN system.
• Each pallet holds up to 260 grids (65sqm).
• The minimum pallet order is 121 grids.
• For example, an 80sqm (320 grids) order will be delivered as 1 full pallet (260 grids) plus 3 additional boxes (60 grids) via DPD. An 120sqm (480 grids) order will be delivered on 1 full pallet and then a pallet balance (220 grids).
• UPN deliveries are typically made using an 18-tonne rigid vehicle, but larger vehicles may be used.
• The driver will provide a two-hour time slot on the day of delivery.
• Deliveries are made curbside using a tail lift and pump truck.
• If you require a smaller vehicle (e.g., 7.5-tonne) for restricted access areas, please inform us at checkout or when we contact you to book in your delivery.
• Failed deliveries may be subject to a £50.00 re-delivery fee, depending on circumstances.

Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

• All DPD orders are shipped the next working day.
• DPD Next-day delivery applies to most UK locations (excluding Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, and the Scottish Highlands).
• Example: An order placed on Monday is shipped on Tuesday for delivery on Wednesday.
• All pallet orders are pre booked with the customers, these will not be sent until these are booked in.
